I went to jog with bryan just now. Bryan is a great runner :( and I lost 10 dollars because I dropped it. Aiya. :(

I’m experiencing the “low point” of the month again but this time, running doesn’t to cure it because i’m still feeling the low.
I sprint and jog around 5km and then walked another 3-4km and I’m feeling awfully bad. Seems like I need to run more again. :(
